Director Smeep Kang has been a driving force in the Punjabi film industry. Known for his knack for comedy and a unique storytelling style, Kang has carved a niche for himself in the world of Punjabi cinema.
Some of his previous directorial gems include “Carry On Jatta,” “Carry On Jatta 2” “Lucky Di Unlucky Story” “Bai Ji Kuttange,” “Naukar Vahuti Da etc and the list is going on and on. These films not only tickled the funny bones of audiences but also left a lasting impression with their relatable characters and hilarious plots.
Now, the director is all set to grace the big screen once again with his upcoming blockbuster, “Maujaan Hi Maujaan.” The film promises to be a heartwarming tale centred around the lives of three disabled brothers brilliantly portrayed by Gippy Grewal (Deaf), Binnu Dhillon (Blind), and Karamjit Anmol (Mute). The narrative intricately weaves their challenges and triumphs, offering a poignant glimpse into their world. At the heart of the story is their sister, portrayed by Hashneen Chauhan, whose dreams of marriage face obstacles due to societal prejudices and familial expectations.

The film’s story &screenplay are by Vaibhav Suman and Shreya Srivastava and the dialogues are written by Naresh Kathooria Presented by East Sunshine Productions and worldwide distributed by Omjee Group, this film has been produced by the visionary Amardeep Grewal.
