The Punjab Government has ordered the transfer and posting of two IAS officers—Shri Girish Dayalan and Smt. Preeti Yadav—on administrative grounds, with immediate effect, as part of an administrative reshuffle aimed at strengthening key departments.
Girish Dayalan, IAS (2011)
Present Posting:
Shri Girish Dayalan was serving as Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Punjab. He was also holding additional charge as Managing Director, Punjab State Cooperative Bank Ltd., and Managing Director, Punjab Infrastructure Development Board.
New Assignment:
He will continue as Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Punjab, and retain his additional charges as Managing Director, Punjab State Cooperative Bank Ltd., and Managing Director, Punjab Infrastructure Development Board. In addition, he has now been assigned the additional charge of Managing Director, MARKFED, in place of Smt. Preeti Yadav, IAS.

Present Posting:
Smt. Preeti Yadav was serving as Managing Director, MARKFED.
New Assignment:
She has now been transferred and posted as Special Secretary, Employment Generation, Skill Development and Training, Punjab.
Immediate Joining Directed
The Chief Secretary has directed both officers to assume their new responsibilities immediately. The reshuffle reflects the government’s ongoing efforts to ensure effective administration and leadership in cooperative, employment, and skill development sectors.
