Punjab Cabinet Minister Bharat Bhushan Ashu has tested positive for COVID.
The Minister was not feeling well for last two or three days and had got himself tested for COVID the report of which finally suggested that he was positive.
Ashu is admitted to DMC Hospital in the city.
It is pertinent to mention here that 6 Punjab Ministers had earlier tested positive but have luckily recovered and are out in the field. The ministers who tested positive included Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa, Tript Rajinder Singh Bajwa, Balbir Singh Sidhu, Brahm Mohindra, Sunder Sham Arora and Gurpreet Singh Kangar.
