The Punjab Government has ordered the transfer and posting of one IPS officer and one PPS officer with immediate effect.
The official transfer orders have been issued under the signatures of Pravin Kumar Sinha, Chief Director of the Vigilance Bureau, Punjab.
As per the orders, Harpreet Singh, IPS, who was serving as AIG, Police, Vigilance Bureau, Economic Offences Branch-1, Punjab, has been transferred and posted as Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP), Vigilance Bureau Range, Amritsar.
Ms. Prabhjot Kaur, PPS, currently posted as Joint Director, Complaints Cell, Vigilance Bureau, Punjab, has been given additional charge of AIG, Police, Vigilance Bureau, Economic Offences Branch-1, Punjab.
The transfers have been effected with immediate implementation, according to official sources.
