Punjab Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi, Deputy Chief ministers Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa & Om Parkash Soni and Punjab Congress president Navjot Singh Sidhu arrived at Amritsar Tuesday night.
The Chief Ministers, the Deputy CMs and the PPCC president in the morning had gone to Delhi by a Chartered plane where they had meetings with Senior Congress leaders Smt. Ambika Soni, Sh. Harish Rawat and Sh. KC Venugopal. This was termed as a courtesy meeting but it is presumed that there were serious discussions regarding the formation of Punjab Cabinet.
The Chief Minister and the other leaders are likely to visit Sri Darbar Sahib, Durgiana Mandir and Jallianwala Bagh in the morning.
