Television personality and ‘Roadies Rebirth’ gang leader Nikhil Chinapa has shared insights into his evolving fitness journey, revealing that he is adopting a more holistic approach to physical and mental well-being, with a focus on longevity and cognitive health.
Taking to Instagram, the 53-year-old shared pictures of himself working out at the gym alongside actor and television host Rannvijay Singha. In his post, Chinapa reflected on how his priorities have expanded beyond conventional fitness to include nutrition, sleep, supplements and lifestyle choices.
“Been working towards a more holistic approach towards my mind and body,” Chinapa wrote, adding that his efforts now also centre on longevity and better cognitive health.
He said he had been exploring biohacking protocols and credited his guides, including social media user Sumit and Ekalavya, for helping him navigate different health practices and approaches.
Chinapa also acknowledged the role of Rannvijay in keeping him motivated during workouts, jokingly describing their sessions as “guilt trip workouts” before adding that they were another form of motivation.
He reserved special appreciation for his wife, Pearl, for ensuring that the family eats healthy and nutritious food every day.
“The biggest props to my wife, who’s always making sure the food we eat as a family is healthy and nutritious. Every. Single. Day,” he wrote.
Known for his association with MTV India since the late 1990s, Chinapa has been a familiar face on youth-oriented television, appearing on shows such as Roadies and Splitsvilla. He is also credited with helping popularise electronic dance music (EDM) among young audiences in India.
His latest post offers a glimpse into his efforts to balance fitness with broader health and lifestyle goals.
