The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has appointed Incharge and Co-Incharge for upcoming Ludhiana West Bye-Election.
The Party has named Avinash Rai Khanna, an ex-State President and a former MP as Incharge for the prestigious bypoll.
Vijay Sampla, a former Union Minister and a former State President has been appointed Co-Incharge.
The Election Commission is yet to issue Schedule of the bypoll.
However, ruling AAP has named Rajya Sabha Member Sanjeev Arora as its candidate for the bye-election.
The seat fell vacant due to the death of AAP MLA Gurpreet Singh Gogi Bassi who died under mysterious circumstances at his Ludhiana home.
