Bollywood couple Kiara Advani and Sidharth Malhotra have announced that they are expecting their second child, describing the news as the “greatest gift of all” and saying their hearts are filled with love and gratitude.
The couple shared the announcement in a joint Instagram post on Wednesday, accompanied by an adorable picture of their firstborn daughter, Saraayah, handing a pair of ivory knitted booties to her parents.
“Blessed once again with the greatest gift of all… Our hearts are so full of love and gratitude,” they wrote in the caption.
Kiara and Sidharth fell in love while working together on the 2021 film Shershaah. After dating for a few years, the couple tied the knot in an intimate yet grand wedding ceremony in Rajasthan in February 2023.
They welcomed their first child, a daughter named Saraayah, in June 2025. The couple had announced their first pregnancy earlier that year through a joint social media post featuring their hands holding a pair of baby socks.
On the work front, Kiara was recently seen in Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups, starring alongside Yash, Nayanthara, Huma Qureshi, Tara Sutaria and Rukmini Vasanth. The gangster drama revolves around Raya, a violent gangster and playboy who rises to power in the underworld before facing his eventual downfall and a confrontation with his biological son, Rumi, also known as Ticket.
Sidharth, meanwhile, was recently seen in Vvan – Force of the Forrest with Tamannaah Bhatia. The film explores the cultural folklore genre and is written by Arunabh Kumar and directed by Deepak Mishra and Arunabh Kumar. It is produced by Shobha Kapoor, Ektaa R Kapoor, Arunabh Kumar and Niraj Kothari, with Manu Anand serving as Director of Photography and Visual Director.
