Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) national convenor Arvind Kejriwal and Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann visited the Art of Living’s Bengaluru ashram and met its founder Sri Sri Ravi Shankar on Saturday, extending greetings on the organisation’s 45th anniversary.
Sri Sri Ravi Shankar shared details of the meeting in a post on X, saying that Mann, Kejriwal and former Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia visited the Bengaluru Ashram to convey their greetings on the Art of Living’s 45th year.
He also said the AAP leaders expressed their appreciation for the organisation’s initiatives supporting farmers and de-addiction efforts.
A video accompanying the post showed Sri Sri Ravi Shankar felicitating Kejriwal and Mann upon their arrival at the ashram.
The visit comes amid a series of meetings involving political leaders at the Art of Living International Centre during the anniversary celebrations. Former Prime Minister and Janata Dal (Secular) chief H.D. Deve Gowda visited the centre on August 26 and interacted with Sri Sri Ravi Shankar.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi had also participated in the Art of Living Foundation’s 45th anniversary celebrations in Bengaluru in May. During the event, he inaugurated the newly built Dhyan Mandir and launched several other initiatives in the presence of Sri Sri Ravi Shankar.
Modi, addressing the gathering, spoke about spirituality, public participation in nation-building, environmental protection and the role of youth in building a developed India.
He described the inauguration of the Dhyan Mandir as reflecting a spirit of service and collective welfare, while highlighting Bengaluru’s contribution to both technology and spirituality.
The Prime Minister also emphasised India’s cultural diversity and unity, saying that the spirit of living for others was among the values that bind the country together.
