Singer Katy Perry has shared a romantic moment with her boyfriend, former Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, during an adventure in Utah, posting pictures from their trip on social media.
Perry took to Instagram on Friday to share a series of photographs from her trek along the Via Ferrata climbing route at a luxury resort in southern Utah. One of the pictures showed the singer kissing Trudeau on a canyon-top expedition.
The singer also reflected on turning 42 in the post’s caption, writing that she had initially felt indifferent about the transition but had been told that 42 was “the answer to everything”. She added that she was happy to enter the new year of her life with her partner.
Perry celebrated her birthday on October 25. She and Trudeau began dating in 2025, with speculation about their relationship emerging in July that year after they were spotted having dinner at an upscale restaurant in Montreal. The development came after Perry’s separation from actor Orlando Bloom.
Trudeau had announced his separation from his wife, Sophie Gregoire Trudeau, in August 2023. He was later seen attending Perry’s concert in Montreal.
The couple attracted further attention in October 2025 when they were photographed kissing aboard Perry’s yacht off the California coast and holding hands during a birthday outing in Paris.
They made their relationship Instagram-official in December 2025, when Perry shared photographs of them together during a trip to Japan. In June 2026, they made their red-carpet debut at the Tribeca Festival in New York.
Perry publicly described Trudeau as the love of her life in a September 2026 interview, offering another glimpse into their relationship.
