Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee president and Lok Sabha member from Ludhiana Amarinder Singh Raja Waring has hit back at Kangana Ranaut’s rhetoric about the farmers’ movement and Punjab.
Commenting on Kangana’s statements, Raja Waring said ‘This lady is mentally disturbed, there must be some problem, it must be treated.’
Upset over opposition to her upcoming film ‘Emergency’, Kangana Ranaut, recently said that not only ‘rapes’ took place but people were killed and their bodies were hanged during ‘Kisan Andolan’.
Leaders across parties criticized Kangana’s controversial and provocative statement except the BJP.
Farmers organizations and political leaders have termed Kangana as mentally sick and suggested that she must get treatment.
BJP is being cornered too as Kangana is a BJP MP now. She won Lok Sabha election from Mandi in Himachal.
