Innocent Hearts School, Green Model Town, organised an entrepreneurship seminar for students of Classes XI and XII under DISHA, an initiative run by the Bowry Memorial Educational and Medical Trust. The programme aimed to encourage young minds to develop entrepreneurial skills and nurture an innovative mindset.
The seminar featured noted motivational speaker and startup ecosystem catalyst Charan Kamal, who interacted with members of the school’s Entrepreneurship Club. Addressing the students, he highlighted the ‘3 ABCs of Entrepreneurship’—Attitude, Belief and Commitment—describing them as the essential qualities for building a successful entrepreneurial journey.
Using the example of a coffee startup, Charan Kamal explained how simple ideas can be transformed into successful business ventures. He encouraged students to identify opportunities in everyday life and cultivate the confidence to convert innovative concepts into reality.
He also spoke about the broader meaning of success, saying that true success is reflected in happiness, good health, meaningful relationships and financial stability. Stressing the importance of resilience and positive thinking, he urged students to adopt a constructive approach towards challenges and failures.
Sharing personal experiences and real-life examples, the speaker inspired students to think creatively, embrace innovation and pursue entrepreneurship with determination.
The event was coordinated by the delegates and ambassadors of the Entrepreneurship Club. At the conclusion of the seminar, Principal Rajeev Paliwal, along with Vice Principal Amit, Deputy Director (Schools and Colleges) Prof. Rahul Jain, and Head of the Department of English and Activity In-charge Ambika Pasrija, presented a souvenir to the guest speaker in appreciation of his inspiring address.
The seminar concluded on an encouraging note, motivating students to explore entrepreneurship with confidence, creativity and a positive outlook.
