In a major break-through by Haryana Police, one a most wanted accused, carrying a reward of Rs one lakh, in the double murder case has been arrested from Fatehabad district. In addition, police has also nabbed three others who gave shelter to the accused.
Giving this information here today, a Haryana Police spokesperson informed that the arrested most wanted was identified as Rajesh.
After receipt of this information about double murder on September 24, police registered a case at Kaithal police station and immediately started investigations. Several police teams were continuously trying to arrest Rajesh, the wanted accused in the said case. Police teams were continuously raiding the whereabouts of the accused.
The Director General of Police, Haryana had also announced a reward of Rs one lakh for giving any information leading to the arrest of the accused.
Based on intelligence and other inputs, CIA police team had nabbed the accused from fields in Fatehabad. The team also nabbed three other accused who gave shelter to the most wanted accused.
The accused has confessed to have committed the crime due to an altercation over financial issues.
A case has been registered and further investigation is underway.
