‘Future Tycoons’ Program to Empower Aspiring Entrepreneurs: Amritsar DC Sakshi Sawhney

The Amritsar District Administration has launched the “Future Tycoon” program, an initiative aimed at providing a platform for talented individuals to start their own businesses. The program will offer necessary support, including financial assistance, copyright, promotion, and expert guidance.

Deputy Commissioner Mrs. Sakshi Sawhney inaugurated the program, stating that the Punjab government will provide a conducive environment for new entrepreneurs to thrive. The program aims to empower students, youth, women, and individuals from various backgrounds to turn their business ideas into reality.

A QR code has been launched to register business ideas, and a cash prize of Rs 50,000, Rs 20,000, and Rs 10,000 will be awarded to the top three proposals.

The program has received support from IIM Amritsar, Guru Nanak Dev University, Punjab Technical University, and the PhD Chamber.

On this occasion MLA Dr. Jasbir Singh Sandhu, while speaking, praised this exclusive campaign launched by the Deputy Commissioner and assured from the Punjab Government that they will be supported in this project.
