Former AAP and TMC leader Amrit Gill joins Congress

Amrit Gill, a former AAP leader who quit AAP to join TMC ahead of Punjab Vidhan Sabha polls in 2017 Thursday joined Congress in the presence of Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh.

Amrit Gill, joining Congress in presence of Chief Minsiter and Senior Congress leader Lal Singh, said she has now decided to throw her weight behind the Punjab Congress.

The Chief Minister and S. Lal Singh welcomed Amrit Gill in the party.
