The Amritsar (Rural) police has booked SAD president and former Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Singh Badal, former MLAs Virsa Singh Valtoha and Amarpal Singh Bony Ajnala for ‘obstruction’ caused at a mining site in Beas on June 30.
The FIR No.0172 has been registered in Beas Police Station under sections 269, 270, 188, 341, 506 of the IPC and section 3 of Epidemic Diseases Act.
The FIR has been registered on the complaint of the Mining Site’s legal contract holders M/s. Friends & Company.
