Mr Inder Mohan Singh, Vice President of Delhi Government Pensioners Welfare Association thanked all the members for their support in unanimous election of the office bearers and members of the Executive Board of Association in which S.K.Gupta has been elected as Chairman, S.K.Walia as President, former member of Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (DSGMC) Inder Mohan Singh and Baldev Singh both as Vice-President, Radha Charan as General Secretary, Ashok Kumar Soni as Secretary, D.V.S. Yadav and I.C.Bhardwaj both as Special Advisor, M.N.Sharma as Legal Advisor, Amar Singh Rana as Auditor and Bhagmal Jain as Treasurer, whereas Rajan Gupta, Parvinder Makol, Ashok Kumar, Gian Chand and Ms Gargi Sharma has been elected as Executive members.
Election expert retired Sr. DANICS officer Mr A.K.Kaushal was appointed as Election Officer to conduct these elections in a fair and transparent manner.
Mr Inder Mohan Singh said election of Governing Body of the Association are held after every two years. He said that the efforts made by the Association to remove health and other problems of the Pensioners are always appreciated.
Mr Inder Mohan Singh said that apart thereof, birthday of the concerned members are celebrated every month and recreation and religious tours are organized for retirees from time to time.
Mr Inder Mohan Singh said that the newly elected office-bearers and members of the Executive Board have long experience of working in different department of Govt. of Delhi due to which the pensioners brotherhood will be largely benefitted by the selfness services of this executive body.
