Sub Divisional Magistrate Dr Jai Inder Singh today called upon the students to do ceaselessly hard work for clearing the coveted civil service exam to serve the society.
Interacting with the students during the career guidance Spark mela here at Guru Gobind singh stadium today, the Sub Divisional Magistrate said that these are keys to success for any field.
He said that the basic motto of organizing SPARK mela would be fulfilled only if after a decade or more a large number of students from Jalandhar clear the prestigious exam.
The Sub Divisional Magistrate said that such melas were the need of hour to ensure that more and more students from district get excellent career guidance to choose their career.
Dr Singh further said that if the students work hard then a number of avenues could open for them after graduation.
Dr Singh told that civil service exam a coveted but tough exam, which tests knowledge and general ability of every aspirant.
He said that the exam checks overall personality of a candidate and only those could clear, who were focused and dedicated for this purpose.
