Capt Amarinder Singh, a former Punjab Chief Minister and President of Punjab Lok Congress, Monday met Union Home Minister Amit Shah in Delhi.
Terming the meeting as ‘very productive’, Amarinder said they discussed various issues pertaining to National Security, the rising cases of narco-terrorism in Punjab, and the future roadmap for the overall holistic development of Punjab.
Talking to reporters after the meeting, the former Chief Minister said that reports regarding the merger of Punjab Lok Congress with BJP were mere speculation and no such thing was on the cards.
