AAP Punjab’s top leadership discusses party strategy with office bearers & leaders

Moga, February 23, 2021 (Yes Punjab News)
To discuss the upcoming strategy for the forthcoming assembly elections in 2022, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Punjab’s leadership on Tuesday conducted a meeting with the concerned stakeholders of the party in Moga.

A statement issued from the party said that all the office bearers, leaders and the MC candidates from the region were invited for the meeting to analyse the shortcomings and discuss a strategy to strengthen the party for the upcoming assembly elections.

The meeting was convened under the leadership of AAP state president and MP Bhagwant Mann, party’s Punjab incharge Jarnail Singh and co-incharge Raghav Chadha. The AAP said that the party was making all the efforts to build a stronger team for the upcoming assembly elections in Punjab. “The people of Punjab seek change and see AAP as a ray of hope.

To meet their aspirations, the AAP is making strategies to build an indispensable team for the upcoming assembly elections,” said the statement. The AAP further said that the primary aim of the meeting was to meet all the stakeholders involved in recent local bodies’ polls and motivate them to keep fighting for the people of Punjab and for a progressive change that the state deserves.

In the meetings, the office bearers, local leaders and MC candidates were also encouraged for fighting and standing firm against the bullying by the ruling Congress party during the recent local bodies’ polls.

The AAP said that while in power, the traditional parties in Punjab did nothing for the people, betrayed them and failed to develop the state. The statement said that the AAP would create a stronger organisation and would live up to the expectations of the masses to make Punjab prosperous again.

The meeting was attended by party’s youth wing president and MLA Gurmeet Singh Meet Hayer and MLAs Master Baldev Singh Jaito, Prof Baljinder Kaur, Principal Budh Ram, Kulwant Pandori, Manjit Singh Bilaspur and former MP Prof Sadhu Singh.
