Youth Akali Dal Punar Surjit president Gurjit Singh Talwandi, under the directions of Shiromani Akali Dal Punar Surjit president Giani Harpreet Singh, has announced new state-level office-bearers and district presidents as part of the organisation’s expansion.
Malkit Singh Hundal has been appointed National Senior Vice President and Chief Spokesperson, while Kulwinder Singh Mehmi and Harjashan Singh Jassi Doomwali have been appointed General Secretaries. Jaspreet Singh Dhillon has been appointed Organising Secretary.
At the district level, Advocate Amandeep Singh Bhalaike has been appointed president of Mansa Rural, Dr Mohan Singh Lalka as president of Ferozepur Rural, Amit Kumar Sethi Thopia as president of Nawanshahr Urban and Arvinder Singh Pallia as president of Nawanshahr Rural.
Congratulating the newly appointed office-bearers, Talwandi asked them to intensify party activities in their respective areas and strengthen the organisation at the grassroots level.
He said district-wise meetings of the Youth Akali Dal would be organised soon to further expand the party’s activities and engage with young workers.
The appointments were announced to the media by Tajinder Singh Pannu.
