Under campus placement drives held at MRSPTU , 6 students namely Mr. Gurpreet Singh and Mr. Tejveer Singh Gill has been selected as Graduate Engineer Trainee in Groz-Beckert Asia Pvt. Ltd. and Mr. Ankit Sharma, Mr. Vivek Singh, Mr. Vicky Kumar & Yuvraj Singh Rawal has been selected in Oswal Woollen Mills Ltd. of Textile department of Giani Zail Singh Campus College of Engineering & Technology, MRSPTU, Bathinda.
The Companies have offered 4.70 & 3 lacs per annum packages respectively to the placed students.
Congratulating the students for their success, MRSPTU, Vice Chancellor, Prof. (Dr.) Buta Singh Sidhu reiterated the commitment of university for better employability and employment for the students.
Dr. Rajeev Kumar Varshney-HOD, Textile Engineering department said that the training & Placement department has been taking many initiatives for the placement of the textile students. It’s proud moment that both the leading companies have selected our student’s.
