The stage was all set for floating light and sound show in Ismailpur village in Shahkot sub-division, near Sutlej River on November 7-8.
The soulful event is being organized to commemorate the 550th Parkash Purab of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji.
Sub-Divisional Magistrate Mr Sanjiv Kumar Sharma, who visited the site, said that the people will witness the glimpses of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji’s grandeur through spectacular floating light and sound shows for two days in the village.
He said that 45-minute floating light and sound show with colourful visual presentations, ultra-modern laser techniques and unique acoustics will beautifully exhibit the life and teachings of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji.
He further informed that a total of four light & sound shows (two each on each day) would be organised in the village on November 7-8.
He said that on both days, two light and sound shows on each day will be held on the life of Guru Nanak Dev Ji from 7 pm-7:45 pm and from 8:15 pm-9 pm.
He also urged the residents to attend these shows in large numbers along with their families.
