Sirsa urges Amit Shah to give open invite to Minorities in Pakistan to come to India

In another case of abduction of girls from minority community, a 14 year old Christian girl has been abducted and forced to convert to Islam and marry a Muslim youth in Pakistan . This was disclosed the Mr. Manjinder Singh Sirsa, President the Delhi Sikh Gurudwara Management Committee (DSGMC).

In a statement released here , Mr Sirsa disclosed that 14 year old Huma Younous who is a student of 8th class has been abducted forcefully and taken to Dera Ghazi Khan. She was forced to convert into Islam and marry a Muslim boy named Abdul Jabbar . He said that this modus operandi is going on unabated in Pakistan and minor girls from Hindu, Sikh and Christian community are main target of these abductors.

Mr. Sirsa urged the United Nations to take notice of these cases and act against Pakistan as the government in the Pakistan is providing all sort of support to these abductors who are from Muslim majority. He said that these acts are shameful violation of human rights and the International body should ensure that minorities are not suppressed in this manner in Pakistan.

The DSGMC President also urged Home Minister Mr. Amit Shah to give benefit of Citizenship Bill to these minorities living in Pakistan and open invitation should be extended to them to come to India and get citizenship so that their exploitation can be stopped. He said that it is need of the hour for the Indian government to act in the matter because saving these minorities is urgently required.

He said that it is also shameful to note that 629 girls from minority communities of Pakistan have been sold to China. He said that it is right time for the minorities living in Pakistan to migrate to India as minorities are safe here and have been provided every security through Constitution.
