SCBC Maha Panchayat leaders hand over memo to Ludhiana DC Kulwant Singh

Under the district level program given by the SCBC Mahapanchayat in the state to meet their demands by around 43 SC and BC organizations of the state, today the leaders of the Mahapanchayat, senior leaders Jasvir Singh Pamali and Rajinder Singh Raju. A demand letter was given to the District Deputy Commissioner under the leadership of Jodhan. The leaders of the Maha Panchayat have demanded from the Punjab government through a memorandum that legal action should be taken against the holders of fake caste certificates.

From the year 2016 to 2023, the Punjab State Scrutiny Committee should make public the details of all the complaints received regarding fake caste certificates. The details of the fake caste certificates canceled by the Punjab State Scrutiny Committee from 2016 to 2023 should be made public. The details regarding who have been dismissed from the posts and how many papers have been filed against them should be made public, the unconstitutional letter dated 15/07/2021 should be cancelled.

Under the guise of that unconstitutional letter, fake caste certificate holder employees such as Rajinderpal Singh Ekvan (Health Department), Jeevan Singh, Ashok Kumar Sarari, Satnam Singh, Veenan Rani, Kulwinder Kaur, Susil Kumari and Sukhtiar Singh (all teacher education) escaped legal action. Department of Punjab) should be registered against these employees and these employees should be dismissed from their jobs because all the studies of the Punjab State Scrutiny Committee against these employees have been completed.

According to the decision taken in the meeting, the legal opinion sought by the Advocate General Punjab by the Social Justice Department Punjab to cancel the unconstitutional letter dated 15/07/2021 should be made public. All the demands should also be implemented, all the cases related to fake caste certificates being processed by the Punjab and Haryana High Court in Chandigarh should be made public and all the cases should be immediately brought before the accountability court by the Department of Social Justice, Rights and Minorities, Punjab.

To be done because the Lama Sama department does not present its accountability and cannot finalize the court case against the fake caste certificate holders. False FIR No. 28 dated 30/10/2023 against Balveer Singh Alampur on statements of fake caste certificate holders by Vigilance Bureau Flying Squad Phase 1 Mohali should be quashed.

The fake caste certificate holders who have given false statements of giving bribes should be prosecuted under the prevention of corruption 1st amendment 1ct 2018 and S3S act 1989. Legal action should also be taken against the officers who registered false, wrong and one-sided FIRs, caste-based census should be conducted, 85th amendment should be implemented, wages of laborers of the state should be Rs 21000 per month according to the central government, all the state Issue of degrees and DMCs to students passed out under various scholarship schemes in schools, colleges and universities, the fees received by the schools and colleges from the students admitted under the scholarship scheme should be returned as the rules According to this, no institution can charge fees from children, so post matric scheme should be implemented.

For the promotion of the scheme, the information of the scheme should be made public by placing flex on the notice boards of the educational institutions, scams in the name of scholarship in government and non-government schools, colleges and universities should be stopped and the looting of scholarships should be investigated and the culprits should be brought to book. Penalties should be given, a high-level investigation should be conducted into the subsidies given by the state government in the name of SCBC society. Action should be taken by canceling the fake subsidies issued.

Awareness camps should be organized to sensitize the poor class and Jamdur class of the state so that they can take advantage of the subsidies, all the loans of government and non-government institutions of SCBC class should be waived, Jamdur class will be given 400 Unit electricity discount should be given, homeless people should be given ownership rights in houses and red line, SCST Act should be implemented immediately and residual compensation should be issued, contract system / out source system should be abolished and new recruitment should be done as per rules.

In which reservation should be given to SC and BC category as per the constitution, lessons about the life, studies, achievements, struggle and constitution writing of Bharat Ratna Baba Sahib Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar Sahib should be included in the school syllabus of children.RTE 2009 should be implemented immediately, sanitation workers should be appointed, special compensation should be given in case of death while cleaning gutters, etc.

Guaranteed employment of 100 days should be given as per the law/rules, as many NREGA workers have job cards, they should be allotted work without asking, if a worker dies while working under NREGA, then his family 10 lakh compensation should be given, pension should be given to NREGA workers on reaching the age of 60 years, the income limit of SC category should be increased from 2.5 lakh to 8 lakh because the income limit of BC category is 6 lakh while that of EWS Income limit is 8 lakhs. Therefore, the income limit of SC and BC category should also be made equal to General (EWS).

On this occasion, Jasveer Singh Pamali, Rajinder Singh Raju Jodhan and other leaders warned the Punjab government and said that if the government does not accept these demands soon, “Reservation Thieves Front” will take place on a large scale. Under which the SC and BC sections of the state will be made aware of the negative attitude of the Punjab government.

At this time, Rajinder Singh Raju Jodhan, Gurmeet Singh Rana Jodhan, Hardev Singh Boparai, Singara Singh Khanjarwal, Ranjit Singh Mullanpur, Buta Singh Dad, Balvir Singh Pratap Singh Wala, Amarjit Singh Bittu Jodhan etc. were present.
