Sankalp Kota Classes, Faridkot, has launched an initiative to provide free preparation for IIT-JEE and other competitive examinations to 100 meritorious students from Classes 6 to 12. The programme brochure was released by Punjab Assembly Speaker Kultar Singh Sandhwan.
Speaking on the occasion, Sandhwan praised the initiative, describing the provision of free education and competitive-exam coaching to 100 students as a commendable effort.
He said providing quality educational opportunities to economically weaker but talented students was an important step towards creating better opportunities for the younger generation and contributing to social progress.
Under the programme, students studying in Classes 6 to 12 will participate in a selection examination. The first phase of the offline examination will be held on October 11, 2026, followed by the second phase on December 27, 2026.
Following the selection process, 100 students will receive free coaching for IIT-JEE and other competitive examinations.
Sandhwan said initiatives of this nature provide students with the right direction and opportunities to pursue their aspirations. He expressed hope that the programme would contribute to building a stronger future for young people and help talented students realise their potential.
He also appealed to students to make the most of the opportunity and work towards achieving success in their academic and professional lives.
