The Punjab Government has ordered the transfers and postings of three IPS officers with immediate effect.
Swapan Sharma, IPS (PB:2009) serving as DIG, Ferozepur Range, Ferozepur has been appointed Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana vice Sh. Kuldeep Singh Chahal IPS.
Harmanbir Singh Gill IPS (PB:2010), Joint Director, MRS PPA, Phillaur and in addition DIG, IRB, Patiala has been appointed as DIG, Ferozepur Range Ferozepur vice Sh. Swapan Sharma IPS.
The order issued today said, ‘The posting order of Sh. Kuldeep Singh Chahal IPS (PB:2009) will be issued later on.
