Punjab Government has promoted 11 IAS officers of the 2014 batch in the Junior Administrative Grade (Non-functional) of Level 12 in the Pay Matrix, with effect from January 1, 2023.
The officers who have been promoted include the following.
1.Smt.Sakshi Sawhney. IAS
2.Smt.Komal Mittal, IAS
3.Smt.Preti Yadaav, IAS
4.Smt.Ruhee Dugg, IAS
5.Sh.Jitendra Jorwal, IAS
6.Smt.Amrit Singh IAS
7.Sh.Jaspreet Singh IAS
8.Sh.Himanshu Aggarwal IAS
9.Sh.Rishi Pal Singh, IAS
10.Sh.Rajesh Dhiman, IAS
11.Sh.Moneesh Kumar, IAS
According to the orders issued, the pay and arrears in respect of the officers mentioned above shall be released w.e.f.1.1.2023 only after they complete their Mandatory Mid-Career Training Programme Phase-III.
The officers would be designated as Special Secretary to the Government of Punjab whenever they are posted in the Punjab Civil Secretariat, Chandigarh.
Consequent upon the appointment of the officers of 2014 batch of IAS in the Junior Administrative Grade (Non-functional), the officers will remain posted at their present assignments in higher scale.
