Punjab Government has ordered the transfer and posting of PPS Parminder Singh Bhandal (3520/TT).
He was till now posted as DCP, Law & Order, Amritsar.
He has now been posted as Commandant, ISTC, Kapurthala in place of PPS Sandeep Kumar Sharma.
