Ms Nishita Singh, a Ph.D. scholar in the Department of Human Development & Family Studies, College of Community Science, Punjab Agricultural University (PAU), has been conferred with the “Best Paper Award” for the paper entitled “The Power of Parental Encouragement: A Review of its Impact on Senior Secondary Students.”
The paper, authored jointly by Nishita Singh and Dr. Deepika Vig, was presented during National Conference on “Viksit Bharat 2047: Strengthening Communities for a Developed Nation through Community Science” organized by Department of Home Science, Mahila Mahavidyalaya, Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Varanasi on December 20-21, 2024. The paper emphasized on parent’s involvement in fostering student’s confidence, resilience and overall wellbeing.
