Dr Maninder Kaur, Scientist, Department of Processing and Food Engineering, Punjab Agricultural University (PAU), has been conferred with the “Best Oral Presentation Award-2024” for the paper entitled ‘Development and Evaluation of Magnetic Field Assisted Freezing Systen to Preserve Freze-Thaw Properties of Perishables.`
She received the award at the ICAR sponsored International Conference on “Current Innovations and Technological Advances in Agriculture and Allied Sciences (CITAAS-2024),” held at Guru Kashi University, Talwandi Sabo, Bathinda, from August 29-31.
Dr Satbir Singh Gosal, Vice-Chancellor, PAU; Dr Manjeet Singh, Dean, College of Agricultural Engineering and Technology; and Dr Tarsem Chand Mittal, Principal Extension Scientist-cum-Head of the department, congratulated Dr Kaur for the achievement.
