Labour Activist Nodeep Kaur today got bail in another case registered against her at Sonipat.
Disclosing this the Delhi Gurdwara Committee President Manjinder Singh Sirsa disclosed that she got bail today from Sonipat Sessions court regarding FIR no. 26/2021 registered against her at Sonipat.
He said that her lawyer Advocate Jatinder Kumar represented her in court and succeeded in pursuing court on her bail.
He said that now she has to get bail in third case in FIR No. 25/2021 which will come up for hearing at Punjab and Hayrana High Court tomorrow in which the court has accepted our application today. He said that we are hopeful that she will get bail in third case from High court and will come out of jail.
