The new Chairman for Chandigarh chapter of CII is Mr Manish Gupta, Proprietor of Synergy Enterprises. He started his unit M/s Synergy Enterprises in year 2000 in Chandigarh and pursued his passion of doing R&D and manufacturing for Defense Forces especially Indian Air Force and DRDO Labs.
He is also an active executive member of Aeronautical Society of India and certified Chartered Engineer from Institution of Engineers.
He is recipient of Award of Excellence in Indigenization from the Ministry of Defense, Govt. of India as well as from SIATI (Society of Indian Aerospace Technologies and Industries. Mr Gupta is Engineering graduate from PEC, Chandigarh and also holds MBA degree.
CII Chandigarh’s new Vice-Chairman, Mr Deepak Kansal is the Managing Director of Xeam Ventures Pvt. Ltd. He has an experience of more than 20 years, besides having an expertise in Payroll Management and Manpower Outsourcing Services.
XEAM is also a leading company in HR solutions, HR outsourcing as well as HR payroll. Mr Kansal has done Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering from Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering, Bangalore, Research Doctorate in Human Recourse from Maharaja Agrasen University and Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Management, HR from Panjab University.
