Mahindra BE 6 SPORTEQ Launched in Mohali, Prices Start at ₹11.45 Lakh with BaaS

Mahindra Raj Vehicles, Mohali on Wednesday launched the new Mahindra BE 6 SPORTEQ, bringing together electric performance, advanced technology and a sporty design in the latest addition to Mahindra’s electric SUV lineup.

The launch event was attended by chief guest Shahat Gill, who unveiled the new electric SUV.

The BE 6 SPORTEQ is priced from ₹11.45 lakh with BaaS, with prices going up to ₹26.95 lakh ex-showroom, depending on the variant and battery configuration. The SUV is offered in 12 colour options, including four new shades — Rosso Impulso, Ruby Velvet, Graphite Storm and Firestorm Orange Satin.

From the TWO variant onwards, the SUV gets a three-screen digital cockpit. Its technology suite is powered by MAIA (Mahindra Artificial Intelligence Architecture), with six TEQ Suites covering connectivity, entertainment, driving, personalisation and safety features.

The TEQ_Talk feature with Google Gemini enables AI-based interaction, while TEQ_Play and TEQ_Drive offer features including in-car gaming, Karaoke, Dolby Atmos, Custom Drive Mode and Drift Mode.

The Formula E Freedom Edition draws design inspiration from Mahindra Racing’s Formula E programme. With Acceleration Boost, the edition can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 6.44 seconds.

Deliveries of the BE 6 SPORTEQ commenced on August 26, coinciding with Onam.

The launch event at Mahindra Raj Vehicles in Mohali brought together customers, automobile enthusiasts, media representatives and special guests.

With the new BE 6 SPORTEQ, Mahindra is further expanding its presence in the electric vehicle segment, combining performance-oriented features with technology and contemporary SUV design.
