Lovely Professional University (LPU) witnessed an inspiring homecoming as distinguished alumnus Anmol Singh addressed students during a compelling Youth Talk, reflecting the expanding global footprint of LPU graduates.
A BBA graduate from the Mittal School of Business (Batch 2023), Anmol has achieved an international career milestone of approximately ₹1 Crore in a global organization.
During the session, Anmol shared his professional journey from a management classroom at LPU to the innovation driven ecosystem of Silicon Valley. His career includes valuable experience at Tesla, where he contributed to advanced manufacturing and quality operations associated with projects such as Model 3, Model Y, and the Optimus initiative.
Beginning as a Production Associate and later rising to the role of Quality Technician, he gained exposure to robotics led industrial systems and global-scale production environments.
Expanding his interdisciplinary trajectory, Anmol currently serves as an R&D Engineer and Senior Research Consultant at Tata Elxsi, working at the intersection of research, innovation, and cost efficient design.
He emphasized that his academic foundation at LPU extended beyond conventional management education.
The global exposure, industry linked learning, and analytical training enabled him to adapt seamlessly across technology driven domains, including AI and robotics.

His return to campus was not merely a celebration of personal success, but a message of preparation and perspective. He encouraged students to view global careers not as distant aspirations but as achievable outcomes built through skill development, strategic thinking, and consistent effort.
Dr. Ashok Kumar Mittal, Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha) and Founder Chancellor of LPU, stated that LPU graduates today are positioned across continents, contributing meaningfully within leading multinational and Fortune 500 organizations.
