The Punjab Government has ordered the dismissal of DSP Gursher Singh Sandhu from the service.
Gursher Singh Sandhu was earlier suspended from the service after he was accused of facilitating the recording of an interview of notorious Gangster Lawrence Bishnoi while he was in the custody of Punjab Police.
The above interview was conducted while Bishnoi was at CIA Staff in Kharar and it was alleged that DSP Gursher Singh Sandhu facilitated the interview which created a furore.
