Punjab Vidhan Sabha Speaker S. Kultar Singh Sandhwan today expressed deep grief over the sad demise of former Deputy Speaker of Punjab Legislative Assembly Bir Devinder Singh.
In a press communique issued here, the Speaker said that with the passing away of Bir Davinder Singh, we have lost a unique personality, a good politician, eminent orator and avid writer.
The Speaker prayed before the Almighty to grant eternal peace to the departed soul and gave courage to bereaved family for bearing this irreparable loss.
