In a tragic incident on Sunday, a 19-year-old female student was found dead under mysterious circumstances in Lucknow.
The student, identified as Anika Rastogi, was discovered in her hostel room at Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Law University, where she was pursuing a Bachelor of Legislative Law (LLB).
Anika was found unconscious in her room and was immediately rushed to the hospital, where doctors sadly declared her dead on arrival.

According to sources, concerns arose when Anika did not respond to knocks on her door. When the door was eventually forced open, she was found lying unconscious on the floor.
Anika Rastogi was a third-year LLB student and the daughter of senior IPS officer Santosh Rastogi, who is currently serving as the Inspector General at the National Investigation Agency (NIA) in New Delhi.
The Ashiyana Police have sent Anika’s body for a post-mortem examination to determine the cause of death. Authorities have launched an investigation to uncover the circumstances surrounding this tragic event.
