Innocent Hearts School, Loharan, organised an interactive session on emerging technologies, including Cloud Computing and Agentic AI, for students of Classes XI and XII, as part of its efforts to equip young learners with contemporary vocational and technology-oriented skills.
The session was conducted by Mukesh Kumar, Principal Group Software Engineering Manager at Microsoft India (R&D), Hyderabad. With more than two decades of experience in cloud computing and AI-driven solutions, Kumar is also the founder of Shikha Ki Diksha Welfare Society. He was accompanied by Mohit Sharma, PGT Science at Government School, Basti Nau.
Kumar shared insights from his professional experience in Azure, observability and Agentic AI, besides discussing his work with global teams developing scalable and reliable technology platforms.
Encouraging students to explore innovation, Kumar urged them to “dream boldly, build fearlessly, and use technology with compassion” to create a positive impact on society.
A key feature of the programme was its simultaneous digital connectivity across all Innocent Hearts campuses. Students and faculty members from the different campuses participated through a common digital platform, enabling them to engage with the speakers in a live and interactive learning environment.
The initiative was organised under DISHA – An Initiative towards Holistic Development of Students, which seeks to provide learners with exposure to emerging technologies, vocational skills and expert-led learning opportunities irrespective of their campus.
Students participated enthusiastically and interacted with the speakers while gaining insights into the evolving technology landscape and its potential applications.
Shallu Sehgal, Principal of Innocent Hearts School, Loharan, thanked the speakers for sharing their expertise and inspiring the students. She said such initiatives were important in preparing students not only for examinations but also for a rapidly changing world driven by skills, innovation, technology and responsible citizenship.
The session concluded with an emphasis on developing technologically aware, skilled, compassionate and future-ready learners through collaborative and digitally enabled educational initiatives.
