Innocent Hearts College of Education, Jalandhar celebrated Hindi Diwas with great pride and nobility. By reciting Kabirdas ji’s couplets, Rahim ji’s couplets and Tulsidas ji’s couplets in Hindi language the student-teachers spread the message that Hindi language is the soul of our cultural heritage. It is our official language and the backbone of our nation.
A virtual play on the theme of preserving and disseminating Hindi Language to the coming generations in its pure form by not mixing it with the other languages was artistically enacted by Neha Sareen, Nishu Walia, Shikha Sanan, Mitali Rana, Preeti and Amanpreet Kaur.
The importance of Hindi Language in modern times was very well illustrated through this drama.
Many student-teachers also recited self-composed poems depicting their love and respect for Hindi language. Principal Dr. Arjinder Singh congratulated all the participants and e-certificates were given to all of them.
