The Punjab government has extended the holidays in all schools in the state. All schools in the state that were to open on January 1, 2025, will now open on January 8.
According to the state Education Minister Harjot Singh Bains, as per the directions of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, holidays have been extended in all government, aided, recognized and private schools in Punjab till January 7 due to the cold. Now all schools will open on January 8.
