Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee is all set to collaborate with the Indian Railways for using in-train displays in long distance trains and Metro trains at Delhi , Mumbai and Jaipur to promote 550 th birth anniversary of Sikh Religion Founder Guru Nanak Dev ji.
DSGMC aims at utilizing mobile outdoor media in big way in around ten long route premium/Metro trains to connect with large audiences for promoting Sikh ethos of serving people without any discrimination of region, religion, race or caste in the OOH space said Sh Manjinder Singh Sirsa President Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee here today.
The committee has chosen prestigous Rajdhani Train between Delhi -Mumbai and Shatabadi Trains between Delhi —Lucknow , Delhi -Amritsar besides Metro Trains at Delhi, Mumbai and Jaipur to explore untapped potential of Indian Railway in transit advertising through pictures, printed material, electric/electronic media, smart posters, holographic images, etc., on the internal panels of its trains coaches to spread messages about the 550 th birth anniversary of Guru Nanak Dev ji, along with a logo specially designed for the occasion.
DSGMC has chosen Shatbadi Express/Rajdhani trains with diverse passenger profile ranging from poiticians , professionals , beurocrats to home maker to explore largely unused advertisement potential on the internal panels of its trains.
As these train connects to the two big cities in a matter of few hours, many people are seen to opt for these train journey instead of costly air travel , which makes the advertising medium on these train all the more cost-effective ,attractive with nationwide coverage.
The negotiation with concerned railways authorities are in final stage and deal is likely to be operationalized during current month said Sh Manjinder Singh Sirsa President Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee here today.
DSGMC has already partnered with Delhi Metro, one of the most popular modes of travel in the NCR to explore the scope of reaching out to people of a select demographic characteristic and background through Mobile Advertisement in cost effective method.
This innovative advertisement in metro train on the Blue Line route, from Dwarka to Noida electronic city /Vaishali , which are one of the busiest lines of the metro network has been rolled out from 15 th August 2019 for a period of three months till till 550 th birth anniversary function of Guru Nanak Dev ji which falls on Nov 12, 2019.
DSGMC has picked up 56.61 km long route Blue Line Metro between Dwarka—Noida electronic city /Vaishali comprising 8 coaches having 50 stations for indoor panel advertisement paying a licence fee of around 12 lakh for period of three months.
The DSGMC has got exclusive rights to use 98 upper panels and 132 lower panels of single Blue Line Metro Train which operates for 17.50 hours daily with diversified customer base in most clean and efficient environment.
The negotiation for Mumbai Metro and Jaipur Metro are in final stage and advertisements on these metros will be rolled on in couple of days he added.
