To bring more transparency and further strengthen the work of Goverment Medical College and Hospital, Patiala, Professor of Anatomy Department Dr. Rajan Singla has been appointed as Principal of the college, While Professor of Medicine Department Raminder Pal Singh Sibia has been selected as vice principal and Dr. Harnaam Singh Rekhi has been designated as Medical Superintendent of GMC Patiala.
Divulging more about the changes were made in organisational structure of Government Medical College and Hospital, Patiala, Medical Education and Research Minister Mr. O.P. Soni said that these changes were made to invigorate the work of the medical college and hospital and it will further energized the staff to work with more zeal.
He said during his last vist to GMC Patiala he felt the need to change administrational structure to make working of college more efficient.
