Urging the residents to stay indoors for breaking the transmission chain of virus, Commissioner of Police Gurpreet Singh Bhullar asked the people to not to ruin the hard work of healthcare/frontline warriors by unwanted venturing outside.
In a video message to the residents, Bhullar said that it is war against the invisible enemy which is proving more ferocious and deadly this time than the earlier wave last year.
He said that we all must contribute in this war by staying safe at home as their unnecessary socializing can burden the health infrastructure which is already severely strained.
He said that it is really sad some people are still not observing Covid appropriate behaviour properly which leading to the transmission of the virus freely.
He told that the restrictions have been imposed to curb the virulent spread of the deadliest coronavirus and people must stay indoors until any kind of urgency.
