Punjab Vidhan Sabha Speaker Kultar Singh Sandhwan said that the recent judgment of the Court in the excise policy case marks a powerful reaffirmation of constitutional morality and the rule of law.
He stated that the discharge of cases against all 23 accused, including former Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia, unequivocally demonstrates that the allegations amplified in the political arena failed to withstand judicial scrutiny.
