Punjab lost one of its frontline Corona Warriors Sunday.
Dr Arun Sharma, SMO of Civil Hospital, Amritsar died here today due to Coronavirus.
54 year old Sharma, who along with other health workers had been fighting the pandemic as a frontline warrior was found positive 10 days ago and had been under treatment at a private hospital since then.
Sources said he was responding well to the treatment and was seen in a video where he was seen enjoying and waving to the beat of a Punjabi number from his bed in the hospital. The video had gone viral.
