Akali Dal Waris Punjab De has announced the appointment of in-charges for four Assembly constituencies as part of its ongoing organisational exercise.
According to an official communication issued by the party, the appointments have been made with immediate effect to strengthen the organisation at the constituency level.
Iqbal Singh Jhundan has been appointed in-charge of the Amritsar constituency, while Lakhwinder Singh (Robby Kandowala) has been given responsibility for Sri Anandpur Sahib.
Bhupinder Singh Sajjan has been appointed in-charge of the Sham Chaurasi Assembly constituency, while Kulwant Singh Rauke has been entrusted with responsibility for Baghapurana.
The appointments were announced through a letter dated September 5, 2026, issued by the party’s office secretary, Prabhjot Singh Mianwind.
The communication said the four leaders had been appointed as constituency in-charges to enable the party to function in an organised manner.
The latest appointments are part of Akali Dal Waris Punjab De’s efforts to build its constituency-level organisational structure by assigning specific responsibilities to party leaders.
