Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann welcomed the new entrants into the party and expressed confidence that their experience and public connect would help further strengthen the AAP organisation in Malerkotla.
The party said the development reflected growing support for its people-centric policies and its efforts to expand its presence across Punjab.
Several local leaders and representatives were also present on the occasion, including former Nagar Council president Iqbal Fauji, Mohammad Bashir, Mohammad Habib, Suraiya Begum, Mohammad Mumtaz (Taj), Zahida Parveen and Mohammad Aslam (Kala).
