The Aam Aadmi Party on Friday launched the “Kejriwal in Gujarat too” campaign for the Lok Sabha elections in Gujarat.
AAP’s national convenor and Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal and Punjab CM Bhagwat Mann started the election campaign from Vadodara. On this occasion, senior party leaders including AAP’s Bharuch candidate Chaitra Vasava and Bhav Nagar candidate Umesh Bhai were also present.
While addressing the public meeting there, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann said that the people of Gujarat made the Aam Aadmi Party a national party. In the last assembly elections, the Aam Aadmi Party got 14 percent votes and 5 of our MLAs won. The name of Gujarat will be written in golden letters in the history of Indian politics.
Bhagwant Mann said that under the leadership of Arvind Kejriwal, we are fighting to bring the freedom of dreams of Bhagat Singh and Bhimrao Ambedkar to the common people. The governments of Delhi and Punjab are examples of this. The Aam Aadmi Party government in both the states is doing work to fulfill the dreams of Bhagat Singh and Ambedkar.
Appealing to the people of Gujarat to make both the candidates of Aam Aadmi Party victorious, he said that BJP people stop all our works in Delhi and Punjab. But with 25-30 MPs of AAP in the Parliament, no one will be able to stop our work because we will become a big political force.
Attacking BJP, Mann said that BJP murdered democracy in Chandigarh Mayor elections. You must have seen how the presiding officer of BJP tampered with the ballot papers in front of the camera. He canceled our 8 votes and forcefully made their mayor. Then the Supreme Court gave a historic decision and made the Aam Aadmi Party mayor in Chandigarh.

Addressing the press, Arvind Kejriwal said that the people of the country are with the INDIA alliance. The people of Gujarat are also ready to vote against the corruption and misgovernance of the BJP this time.
Gujarat gave 26 out of 26 seats to BJP in 2014 and 2019. Did these MPs ever raise issues like paper leak, poisonous liquor in Parliament? At the same time, if Aam Aadmi Party candidates become MPs then they will become your voice.
Kejriwal said, “My heart says that one day the Aam Aadmi Party government will be formed at the center and we will free the country from the BJP.”
