Ajay Pal Singh Brar, President of Misl Satluj – a social and political organization committed to establishing Punjab-centered politics, has received overwhelming support for the public signature petition being conducted under the ‘Pura Punjab Movement’, aimed at taking Punjab’s rightful demands to every household.
Under this historic campaign, more than 80,000 supporters of Punjab have already signed the petition, reflecting the deep awareness and commitment of the people toward Punjabi identity, rights, and self-respect.
Brar informed that the campaign has set a target of collecting five lakh (500,000) signatures from residents of Punjab by November 1. He stated that once this target is achieved, a foot march will be organized from Jantar Mantar to the Indian Parliament in New Delhi, where the public petition will be formally presented to the Prime Minister of India, so that Punjab’s legitimate demands can be strongly raised at the national level.
He further stated that key contributors to the success of this campaign include Amarinder Singh Toor Convener, Pura Punjab Movement, Bibi Jasmeet Kaur Cheena, Hardeep Singh Dodd Youth Secretary, Yadvinder Singh Yaddu, Advocate Harpreet Singh, Harjeet Singh Khizrabad, Tejvinder Singh Teji, Narinderjot Kaur, Baljeet Singh Billa, Sukhwinder Singh Jassa, and Baba Harjeet Singh, who are all making valuable contributions.
Ajay Pal Singh Brar added that widespread interest and enthusiasm from Punjab supporters toward this public petition clearly demonstrate that the voice of Punjab is now taking the shape of a strong people’s movement. The ‘Pura Punjab Movement’ is not merely a campaign, but a determined commitment dedicated to the rights, identity, and future of Punjab.
